The soft shackles serve as an ideal connecting means from the winch rope to the anchor point. Made from pure Novoleen® (HMPE), these assembled rope shackles have breaking loads of up to 32.9 tons.
The eyelet can be opened easily and quickly using a pull rope, even in difficult weather conditions. There is no risk of injury because the Novoleen® rope shackle is made of non-metallic materials, unlike its high-strength steel shackle relatives.
The areas of application are very diverse these days and range from towing vehicles and anchoring oil rigs to use as a lanyard in Königsbronn anchoring technology (KAT) and in regatta sailing.
