Innovative rope shackle made of synthetic fiber Novoleen revolutionizes anchoring technology in forestry
In close collaboration with Mr. Werner Kieser, SEILFLECHTER Tauwerk GmbH has developed a groundbreaking rope shackle made of the high-strength synthetic fiber Novoleen. This replaces the conventional, often used metal shackle and enables a more efficient and safer way of working with winch-assisted wood harvesting using the Königsbronn slinging technique.
Thanks to the new rope shackle, the pull rope can now be attached higher up on the tree trunk, which significantly increases the efficiency of the work processes. It also reduces the weight and minimizes the risk of injury from falling metal parts, which significantly increases the safety of forestry workers.
The combination of the innovative tree pulling ropes from Seilflechter Tauwerk GmbH with the newly developed rope shackle offers forestry professionals a comprehensive solution for their requirements.
